Shipping policy
Robotix Market LLC ships specialist robotics equipment worldwide, supplied by authorised manufacturer partners. This policy explains what delivery costs and how long it takes. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live are not affected by anything below.
Delivery cost
Delivery is charged in one of three simple ways:
- Standard delivery: a flat charge of USD 400 (or the equivalent in your local currency) per order, for any product purchased online — whatever the order value.
- “Free Delivery” products: products shown with the “Free Delivery” label ship free of charge, regardless of order value.
- Quotation products: for products sold by quotation (“Request Quote”), delivery is quoted individually and set out on your quotation before you commit to buy.
Whichever applies, the delivery charge for your order is always shown in your local currency — at checkout, or on your quotation — before you pay. We do not add a delivery charge after an order is placed.
Dispatch and delivery times
These are specialist units, frequently made to order or imported, so lead times vary considerably by model and destination:
- Dispatch (handling): 0–45 days from order confirmation.
- Transit: 0–45 days from dispatch, depending on destination and shipping method.
The expected lead time for your specific model is confirmed on your quotation and on your order confirmation. If a lead time changes materially after you order, we will contact you.

Import duties, taxes and customs
On international shipments, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may be charged by the destination country. Unless your quotation or order confirmation expressly states that duties are included, those charges are not included in the product price or the delivery charge and are payable by the recipient.
Damaged packaging on delivery
Please check the parcel before you take it. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged when the courier attempts delivery, do not accept the order — refuse the delivery, ask the courier to record the damage, and contact us so we can arrange a replacement.
