Description
The Noetix BUMI EDU PRO is the education-focused configuration of Noetix Robotics' compact humanoid, built as a teachable bipedal platform for schools, makerspaces and home learning. Standing about 94 cm tall (94.0 x 34.5 x 19.0 cm) and weighing at least 12 kg, it offers more than 21 degrees of freedom in a safety-oriented, lightweight chassis far smaller than full-size humanoids.
Motion runs on force-controlled joints with peak torque of 50 N·m and a self-developed reinforcement-learning control algorithm, enabling stable walking, humanoid running, dancing and gymnastic-style gaits at a top speed above 0.5 m/s. A high-discharge, quick-release lithium-ion battery delivers more than two hours of runtime and swaps quickly for classroom-style usage cycles.
What sets the EDU PRO apart is its development depth: zero-threshold graphical programming for beginners, native mobile apps, interactive voice explanations and a self-developed language model, plus full secondary-development support. The package adds development documentation, course materials and debugging guidance, making it a genuine platform for coding classes, STEM labs, robot clubs and embodied-AI experimentation rather than a demo-only unit, while remaining approachable for families.
